Started For Our Guests. Built For Everyone.

Roasted Root Café came out of running Timberroot Rustic Retreats. Our guests kept asking where they could get good coffee nearby, and honestly? There wasn't a great answer sometimes. So we made one.

What started as a way to fuel our retreat guests turned into something bigger—a place where people could disconnect from the grind (pun intended) and reconnect over something simple and well-made. Now we're in three locations, all near trails, rivers, and the kind of views that remind you why you left the city in the first place.

We source thoughtfully when we can, keep things affordable when we need to, and put our energy into creating spaces that feel less like a transaction and more like a moment.
